What are individual strengths?
Individual strengths are things that we are good at. we have 24 general strengths, but in varying degrees..
Why is it important that people have different strengths?
So we will have different personalities and be different people. some people have more strenghts in different areas.
What are some things to be mindful of when working with people who have different strengths?
listen to people and understand their strengths. be open minded.
How could different strengths be used to our advantage in group work? People in the group can help and contribute in different ways.
How can we develop our strengths?By practising them, making using them fun, using our strengths i'm everyday life.
How do our strengths help us reach our goals? by getting along with people, by being confident in knowing your strengths, by taking charge
